They filed a response and counterclaim in the ongoing legal battle and decided to keep his petition’s details “not public.”

Hence, the former’s counterclaim can only be viewed by him, Christine, and their legal counsel. TheAshley further revealed that last month, another “Domestic Relations Injunction” was filed along with the ongoing petition.

This injunction stated that Christine and Kody couldn’t “harass, intimidate, or disturb” each other’s peace. They can’t commit any kind of “domestic violence or abuse” and can’t take Truely on any kind of trip.
