Tori revealed that Jackson’s hit was a severe one, as it split his head. She decided to take the latter to the bathroom to check his injury. However, the celeb wasn’t able to understand whether to take her son to urgent care or not. That is when one of Tori’s friends asked her to rush to the ER as they felt that the star kid needed urgent attention.

Tori explained that she wanted a doctor to clean the wound because she didn’t want Jackson to have any kind of bald spots in the future.
