90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Tell-All Part 3 airs on August 11, and fans will see Patrick Mendes and Thais Ramone discussing plastic surgery. Most of the cast seems to be into it, and the TLC show brings much amusement as Patrick has special requirements.

Thais Ramone Had Surgery After Her Pregnancy

During the Tell-All for Season 9 of 90 Day Fiance, Patrick Mendes and Thais announced her pregnancy. Then, in November of 2022, they welcomed their first child, Aleesi Ramone Mendes. Although there seemed to be a lot of drama for the TLC couple, they seemed happy enough on social media. At least one aspect of the Tell-All this weekend comes on a light note.

Thais Ramone decided that breast surgery was what she wanted and she told her fans about it soon after her daughter arrived. The 90 Day Fiance star had no problems with Patrick Mendes hating the idea. Now it turns out that he had specific thoughts in mind when she got the surgery done. And, those thoughts made the Happily Ever After? cast giggle during the Tell-All.

90 Day Fiance Patrick Mendes Wanted Special Boobs

In the teaser shared on YouTube by Extra TV, 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? fans saw that Shaun Robinson seemed happy to talk about plastic surgery. Turning to Thais and Patrick Mendes, she asked why they wanted it. Well, the Brazillian model expressed her dislike that after her pregnancy her boobs drooped a bit. Actually, that happens to most people,  but she hated it.

the TLC star said:

After the pregnancy, my body, you know, changed a lot. My boobs was like not looking the same, like too down, and then that’s why I decided to [get it done.] Patrick wanted, like, bigger.

Patrick Mendes seemed a bit shocked because initially, Thais Ramone wanted to reduce the size. As she finally got them a bit bigger, he claimed, “Where they’re at now, they’re perfect.” 

What got the rest of the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? cast laughing came when she said that Patrick had certain desires. On the screen, a photo of Demi Moore in Striptease flashed up, and everyone got an eyeful of her boobs. However, TLC fans who saw the preview didn’t think it was funny. • It’s sad that mothers don’t feel confident enough after pregnancy. You brought a life into this world, love yourself for that! With the changes and all.
• As a woman, I just don’t understand how boob size can make one a happier person.
• Patrick should look at himself in the mirror and thank God for putting Thais in his life. She is as beautiful as she is. He should go get a hair transplant because he is starting to go bald.
• This is so degrading, absolutely pathetic and sad. Very low self-esteem.
