Angela is dragging Michael to court. She wants to make Michael pay for “abandoning” her in February when he left her house after filming the Happily Ever After season 8 Tell All and moved to Texas to live with his new family. Michael didn’t have the money to fight Angela, but he raised over $48,000 in a week. He has established his status as a fan-favorite and Angela’s playing the victim.

Blogger Shabooty shared information on how Michael’s attorney will now be able to question Angela’s detective Todd during a deposition.

The blogger mentioned that Michael’s lawyer will “more than likely” ask Todd about the shocking claims Angela made against Michael in her request for annulment. Angela claimed that Michael fraudulently induced her into marriage to get permanent legal resident status in the U.S. and conspired with other Nigerian men to scam other American citizens into marriage. The attorney could question the PI about the “conspiracy” and the “fraudulent inducement,” which Angela alleged in her complaint.

During the deposition, Michael’s attorney is expected to ask questions about the allegations Angela made against him along with the “other issues concerning the complaint” Angela filed. Todd was able to prove that through his report Michael didn’t look like a scammer or a cheater. It appeared that Michael was not trying to dupe fans when he asked them to donate $25,000. Michael also launched his GoFundMe after the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? episode featuring Todd was released. The private investigator saved Michael’s life once and made him a hero by proving he wasn’t a fraud. It remains to be seen if he will do it again and help Michael to continue living his best life in the U.S.
